Hinduism or Hindu Dharma is an alternative name for Sanatana Dharma.

It is  world's oldest religion.

Sanatana Dharma  is a Sanskrit compound of the words sanātana, meaning “eternal” and Dharma is the path of righteousness.

Welfare of all mankind is the focus of Hindu religion.

सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः।

 सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु मा कश्चिद्दुःखभाग् भवेत्।।

ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥

English Transliteration

Om sarvE bhavantu sukhinah sarve santu NirAmayAh |

sarvE BhadrANi Pashyantu. Maa Kashcid-Duhkha-Bhaag-Bhavet |

Om Shaantih Shaantih Shaantih ||

English Translation

May all be happy. May all be free from illness. May all enjoy prosperity.

May none suffer. Om Peace, Peace, Peace.

Hinduism  promotes peace and prosperity to the entire humanity.
